Acceptable Use Policy

At Entefy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our mission is to save people time so that they can live and work better. To be true to our mission, it is vital that our products and services are used as intended and function properly, without interruption. This will require support from our users not to misuse or abuse Entefy products or services. By using or accessing, directly or under a master license or a service agreement, any Entefy application (including any associated product or service), hereinafter referred to as “Product”, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Any violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access, removal of content, legal action, or other appropriate remedies by Entefy in its sole discretion.

You agree to use Products only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or privacy right. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Entefy account and must ensure that anyone with access to your account also complies with this AUP.

You are prohibited from interfering with the normal operation of Entefy or any of its Products, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or network, or using Products in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Disruption. You may not:

• Compromise the integrity of our systems or Products. This could include scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network that hosts our Products. This does not apply to security assessments expressly permitted by Entefy.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or hack our Products, circumvent any security or authentication measures, attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, services, related systems, or networks.
• Fine-tune, retrain, or otherwise manipulate the behavior of Entefy AI models through repeated or targeted queries.
• Disable, modify, or compromise the integrity or performance of Products or related systems, network, or data.
• Decipher any transmissions from or to the servers running our Products.
• Overwhelm or attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure by imposing an unreasonably large load on our systems that consumes extraordinary or unreasonable amount of resources (CPUs, memory, disk space, bandwidth, etc.), such as:
  • Using virtual “offline readers,” “spiders,” “robots,” “agents,” or other automated systems to send more request messages to our servers than a human could reasonably send in the same period of time by using a normal browser or provided user interface(s).
  • Going beyond the use parameters for any given Product as described in its corresponding documentation or provided in accordance with the license granted by Entefy for the use of such Product.
  • Consuming an unreasonable amount of computing resources or storage in a way that’s unrelated to the purposes for which our Products were designed or in excess to the rights granted by license.

Wrongful activities. You may not:

• Misrepresent yourself or disguise the origin of any content (including by “phishing,” “spoofing,” manipulating headers or other identifiers, impersonating anyone else, or falsely implying any sponsorship or association with Entefy or any third-party).
• Access or use any Product through unauthorized accounts, third-party agents, or automation systems without explicit written approval from Entefy.
• Use any Product to violate the privacy of others, including posting or publishing other’s private or confidential information without their express permission, or gathering or collecting other’s personal information (including account names or information) from Products.
• Use any Product, directly or indirectly, to harass, stalk, or threaten of violence against others.
• Use any Product in violation of any laws (including without limitation data, privacy, and export control laws) or for any illegal purpose.
• Search, probe, or access any part of our Products by any means other than Entefy’s explicitly supported interfaces.
• Use meta tags or any other “hidden text” including Entefy’s, our suppliers’, our developers’, or our customers’ trademarks.
• Use any Product for any purpose other than those explicitly authorized and described by Entefy.
• Use any Product, directly or indirectly, to engage in, facilitate, or promote fraud, money laundering, terrorism, or any other criminal conduct.
• Harvest or scrape data from our Product, or use our Products to harvest or scrape other data, for unauthorized purposes.

Inappropriate communications and conduct. You may not:

• Use any Product to generate or send spam, advertising, chain letters, or unsolicited communications.
• Use any Product directly or indirectly to generate, power, spread, or otherwise support any scams, phishing, fraud, impersonation, social engineering, deception, or other such operations.
• Use any Product to disseminate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Solicit Entefy affiliates, vendors, employees, customers, partners, or other users for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by Entefy.
• Disparage Entefy or our affiliates, vendors, employees, customers, partners, or other users.

Inappropriate content. You may not post, share, submit, upload or otherwise provide content that:

• You do not have the appropriate rights to.
• Infringes on Entefy’s or a third-party’s intellectual property or other legally protected rights.
• Is deceptive, illegal, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, libelous, threatening, harmful, pornographic (including child pornography), indecent, inflammatory, harassing, or hateful.
• Encourages conduct that is tortious or illegal.
• Attacks others based on their ethnicity, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, sex, gender, disability, or medical condition.
• Contains viruses, worms, trojans, bots, scripting exploits, or other malicious software.
• Could otherwise cause damage to Entefy or its affiliates, vendors, employees, customers, partners, or users.

Abuse of AI capabilities. You may not:

• Use any Product to generate, publish, or distribute content that is discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to modify or bypass model limitations or safety filters embedded in our Products.
• Use any Product to fabricate news, impersonate individuals (living or deceased), create deepfakes, or produce synthetic identities intended to deceive or manipulate.
• Develop, train, or improve any competing machine learning model, AI product, or commercial service without our express written consent.

Further, you may not rely solely on AI-generated outputs from any Product in contexts that require professional judgment, legal review, or life-critical decision-making. You are responsible for evaluating all Product outputs and ensuring appropriateness and legality before use or distribution.

Updates to this policy

From time to time, we may update this AUP. Should we make any modification to this AUP, we will post the revised version on this site with an updated revision date. You are advised and agree to consult the AUP regularly to be aware of and review any such revisions. By continuing to use our Products after such revisions are in effect, you accept and agree to the revisions and to abide by them.
